Ann Bowering

As CEO of Issuer Services North America, Ann Bowering is responsible for the leadership, growth and day to day management of the Issuer Services business.

Before joining Computershare in 2019, Ann was the Managing Director and CEO of NSX Limited. While there, Ann led the execution of an essential, and very significant restructure of the operations, people and culture, and strategy of the company.

Ann has over 20 years’ experience in financial markets. Her expertise in the development and operation of licenced and regulated financial markets stems from her time as a director and CFO of the derivatives exchange Financial & Energy Exchange Limited. She also held senior positions at Lucsan Capital and KPMG, where her roles covered the specialisations of Capital Markets Advisory, Risk Management, and Assurance.

Simon Clatworthy (MBA, B.Com, ACA)

Having consulted to and worked in senior positions in large organizations, Simon is a Director of Corvara Capital Consulting, a specialist business advisory firm. Simon is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Associate of Company Secretaries of Australia, and Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Calvin Rowley (B.Eng)

Has been the Principal of Reach since its inception and is the key architect in developing service innovations. He has over 20 years' experience in software development and services and has specialized in the Financial Services industry for more than 15 years.

Lee Parsons (B.S.C Hons)

Chief Operating Officer of The Reach Agency, Lee Parsons joined Reach in 2010. Lee has extensive experience in general business management and managing IT delivery teams. Prior to joining The Reach Agency Lee founded his own technology company, Amstore Digital Services. Lee successfully grew the company from a start up to an established business before exiting and moving from the UK to Australia in 2009. Lee spent a number of years in a senior Operations Management role at ING Bank in the UK before founding Amstore.

Ryan joined Reach in 2023 with extensive experience in enterprise software and business and technology strategy consulting. For over 20 years he has led global teams to deliver transformative projects for Fortune 500 companies, AM Law 100 firms, and government agencies. Ryan leads global customer success for Reach LawTech.

Danielle Moulton (B.Media)

Danielle joined Reach in 2016. Drawing on her background as a technical lead, senior application developer and development manager, she has become an accomplished product owner with expertise in managing projects involving large data sets and complex requirements. In 2024, Danielle was instrumental in architecting and overseeing the backend management solution for a major UK Government project.
